WHAT MINIDERM IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Miniderm is a white emollient cream containing 20 % glycerol. The water-binding ability of glycerol contributes to normalization of dry skin.
Miniderm is used for treating dry skin.
BEFORE YOU USE MINIDERM
Do not use Miniderm
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to glycerol or any of the other ingredients of Miniderm.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Miniderm can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Driving and using machines
Miniderm has no effect on the ability to drive or use machines.
Important information about some of the ingredients of Miniderm
Miniderm contains:

cetostearyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact eczema).

ethyl and methyl parahydroxybenzoate, which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
HOW TO USE MINIDERM
The cream should be applied when needed, preferably several times daily, and always after contact with water. Apply as much as the skin can absorb without feeling sticky.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Miniderm can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Common (experienced by more than 1 out of 100 users): local, transient sensation of smarting, itching, stinging and redness.
If any of the side effects gets serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
5. HOW TO STORE MINIDERM
Do not store above 25°C.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use Miniderm after the expiry date which is stated on the packaging.

What Miniderm contains

The active substance is glycerol 200 mg/g.

The other ingredients are hydrogenated canola oil, cholesterol, glycerol monostearate, macrogol stearate, cetostearyl alcohol, dimeticone, light liquid paraffin, hard paraffin, white soft paraffin, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water.
